Why we exist
Every foreign investor we met in Türkiye made the same mistakes. They hired three firms that didn’t talk to each other. They paid 30% too much for materials. They lost six months to permit issues nobody warned them about. They signed with the wrong partner because nobody did proper diligence.
After watching this pattern for a decade as engineers working on cross-border projects, we built what we wished had existed — a single partner who is technically deep, legally fluent, commercially sharp, and locally networked. End-to-end, not piece by piece.

What the name means
Seza is an old Turkish word, of Persian origin, meaning “worthy, fitting, deserving.” It’s not a common word today, even in modern Turkish — it’s the kind of word you’d find in Ottoman poetry, describing something that rises to the occasion it was made for.
We chose it because the word is precisely what we try to deliver: engagements that are worthy of the capital, time, and ambition our clients bring to Türkiye. Every project we take on deserves that standard. So does every client.
